For informal entry (11 type) the value should be:

 

1. Not exceeding $2500.00 value;

2. Not exceeding $250.00 value for goods originating from China;

3. For 9801.00.10 (various US goods returned) please use Shipment usage type P ("Additional" on the customs entry document map)
