If the entry is filed in the wrong port of entry please follow the steps to correct it:
1. QEU Entry Summary delete to delete the entry from the wrong port.
2. Change the port to the correct one and QUE Cargo Release update.
3. If the cargo release update is accepted you can QUE Entry Summary add.
4. If the cargo release update wasn't accepted - you need to make a replacement entry.
