For AD/CVD entry change the entry type to 03.
Make the AD/CVD query as described in the topic AD/CVD query.
Or you can enter the case # on the AD/CVD tab of the Article screen and hit the "+" sign to send the query from the entry.
After the query comes back, the case info will be added to the system and you will be able to pull it up in the entry with the case #.
