Census warning is received from the Customs under the following condition: For the reported tariff number, the value divided by the Quantity 1 (value/Quantity 1) ratio is below the Census range based on historical data.
When this type of message is received, the following actions should be taken:

Condition code: {27D} Reason code: { } Text: CENSUS OR-HI VALQTY 1
1. Go to the article and make sure the value and quantity entered are correct.
2. If value and quantity are correct please select the Override code from the list.
Save the changes and QUE Census Warning Override application.
3. If the value or quantity was transmitted incorrectly please fix it. Then go to the Census warning tab on the Article screen and delete the census warning line. Save the entry and QUE Entry Summary Replace.
When this type of message is received, the following actions should be taken:

Condition code: {27J} Reason code: { } Text: CENSUS OR-AGR CHARGESVALUE
1. Go to the articles and check the charges amount inputted. They should not match the goods Value. If they match the customs will send this type of message and you need to update the Charges field and QUE Entry Summary Replace.
