Preliminary statement print date is calculated by the system, and it’s the 8th working day after the arrival date. After an entry is released the Customs will send an updated release date and it will be the 8th business day after release. It’s required to be paid on the 10th working day, so the user has 2 more days to check and update the entry summary if needed.
