When the drawback is saved hit Check to make an internal validation before submitting it to customs.
If there is any invalid data you will get the screen below. Double click on the error message and the system will bring you to the place where the data should be corrected.
In this particular case, the system is not allowing to submit because the export date is more than the current date. the rule is that the drawback claim can be submitted only after the export physically took place.
If you passed the validation you can hut QUE and submit the drawback claim.
