If the Manufacturer FDA Registration Number used in PG23 is invalid:

1.Verify the number:

oIt must be 11 digits.

oIt must be an active registration.

2.If you do not have a valid number:

oUse the PG23 field “Food Processing Facility Reg Exemption”
