If an FDA submission was made without prior notice, you need to include the prior notice information when submitting the PGA.

1.For new submissions:

oChoose the PGA template “PN Food Commodity – Combined Entry Submission”.

oFill in the required prior notice details.

2.For entries where prior notice was already submitted:

oIn Non-PN Food Commodity or PN Requirements Previously Met, enter the Prior Notice Confirmation #.

This ensures the FDA submission is properly linked to the required prior notice.
