Changing Cargo Location (Final Port Unchanged)
•If the cargo location needs to be updated but the final port remains the same, you must QUE Cargo Release Update.
•If the final port changes, follow the instructions under Update Port of Entry.
Cargo Not Previously Released
•If the cargo was not released previously and you received the message ADMISSIBLE, you must QUE Cargo Release Replace.
•Note: A replacement is not instantaneous. It requires manual review and approval.
•If you receive the message REPLACE REQUEST PENDING, you must wait for approval before proceeding.
