Before submitting the entry to Customs you need to calculate Duty and fee. Highlight your entry in the list and click the Duty and Fee button.
Then click the Check button to validate the entry summary and cargo release.
If after duty calculation or "Check" operation you get the red crossed sign as below - that means that our internal validation found an error in the entry and you need to fix it before your next try to calculate the duty or check the entry. To see what is the reason of the error you need to hit CTRL + mouse click and you will get the screen with errors description. When you double-click on the error line the system will bring you to the place where the info is missing/is incorrect.
