When creating a new contact, please complete all required fields for a U.S. contact.
If you are adding an overseas contact, only the following fields are required: Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Country, and City.
If you intend to submit a CBP Form 5106 for an importer, the additional required fields are Address Type and Importer Type.
