HTS and FIRMS Code Queries
This type of query can be used to update the HTS or FIRMS code in the database if it is missing or needs correction.
1. HTS Update
1.Select Harmonized Tariff Schedule (Range).
2.Enter the HTS # you want to update.
3.Choose the As Of Date.
4.Hit QUE.
The result will appear in Events, and the main HTS table will be updated with the current Customs tariff information.
2. FIRMS Code Update
1.Select FIRMS File.
2.Enter the FIRMS code you need to add or update.
3.Hit QUE.
The system will process the request and update the FIRMS code accordingly.
