For the AD/CVD entry (type 03) you need to make the AD/CVD query to get back the info from the Customs about the case with its current rates, bonds, etc.
There are 2 ways of making the query:
1. By case #: enter the case # and hit QUE. The result will come to the journal and also the case will be added to the File Maintenance -> AD/CVD cases.
2. By case criteria: enter several criteria for the case and hit QUE. The result will come to the journal and also the case will be added to the File Maintenance -> AD/CVD cases.
After the query is completed and the cases added to the system, the AD/CVD entry can be filed.
