When a replacement entry is required:
1.Click Copy and select the Make Replacement Entry option.
2.The system will create a new entry, and the shipment and PGA data will be moved from the original entry to the new one.
3.The original entry must be canceled.
oThe Cancellation Request Reason Code and Replacement Entry # will be auto-filled by the system.
